This morning we did a 45 minute trail walk from our hotel, Ponta dos Ganchos, to Praia de Fora. A lovely temperature and gentle breeze without a soul around. The beach was completely deserted. The fishermen’s shack had two signs on top; the left hand one is my blog leader. The other sign is more prosaic: “Let your Love take your Trash”.

Tomorrow we leave balmy Brazil for southern Patagonia, where the long johns will come out as we hike around the glacier park.
