A beautiful evening - what better than to spend it in splendid isolation with friends - over a few drinks and barbecue in the desert. However no one contemplated the biblical plague of small white moths that descended as dinner was served. Our plates were covered by the little blighters and brought the evening to a hasty conclusion. Apparently the recent rain had caused a HUGE number to hatch, and then descend on anything moist.
